I'm from Naples and my wife from Florence but we never say its northern style or southern style of cooking we just say Italian Cuisine. Some of the recipes have been created by my wife Debra, and the others have been modified for our taste. You can't have good Italian food in my opinion without having two of the basic ingredients. The first is knowing what good Italian food tastes like. The second is starting off with some magnificent sauces. Most people when they hear the word Italian food think of red sauce. It does paste a nice picture in your mind, but it's not all about red sauce as you will see from our menu.
